A. Gift Certificate (GC) Terms & Conditions

• 1 year expiry from date of purchase

B. When BUYING Gift Certificates ...

1. Enter YOUR OWN NAME, PHONE & EMAIL AS PURCHASER so you get emailed the Order Receipt.
2. In the Notes-To-BUSINESS field, enter
• Receiver Name, the person the Gift is intended for (if you know who this will be at time of purchase) and
• anything else you want to tell ME about them or this gift.
e.g. "for John Smith, my dad, birthday present, has mobility issues so may need some assistance."

From the Order Receipt emailed to YOUR (Purchaser) email address (or by logging in to your account if you have Registered) you can:
• email the virtual GC to the Receiver (has instructions for them), or
• printout & give a hardcopy GC to them (includes instructions), or
• simply tell them the GC code to enter when they book themselves in for their treatment.

N.B. The Order Receipt will also explain how you can ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO THE RECEIVER LATER.

C. When REDEEMING the Gift Certificate ...

1. the Receiver chooses the relevant ⭐VIP appointment type & an available slot (Step 1), and then
2. enters THEIR OWN DETAILS (as Receiver) and the GC code in the Code field (Step 2). Easy!

Please buy a 💪 Deep GC (instead of a 💆Therapeutic GC) if you think the Receiver might prefer their massage firmer/harder (rather than gentler/soothing). I always try to be sensitive & adjust to what pressure is 👌 for the Receiver throughout the treatment.
